Shipping & Return Policies
By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
PROCESSING TIME: Typical order processing time is 1-3 business days. At the beginning of a new release, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship. I try to pack orders as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: Because of the nature of soap, returns are NOT accepted once an order has been shipped. If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, it may be returned. Again, once shipped all sales are final. I reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. I reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order when if I am unable to communicate with a customer. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% restock fee that will not be refunded.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Orders weighing under 16 oz will be mailed First Class (unless the items are too bulky OR other arrangements have been made). I ship most commonly using USPS flat rate boxes. I recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order at check out.
A small handling fee is applied to each order. This pays for packaging supplies necessary to ship your order safely. I am a small business and not Amazon with regards to shipping prices and next day delivery. I do my best to keep shipping rates reasonable and I appreciate your understanding.
CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION: I may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, I am not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. I reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged, please take a photo for documentation/proof of the damage and contact USPS and Fleurish Soap immediately. I will help file a claim on your behalf but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim. I also recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order at check out.
MISSING PACKAGES: Mail theft is becoming more and more common. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via USPS, please contact your local USPS office. I recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order at check out.
Please understand that Fleurish Soap cannot be responsible for packages that show delivered but go missing. I will do my best to help work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve a shipping issue.
